正畸治疗需求 — 由于腭骨容量有限，若牙齿数量过多，可能导致拥挤、排列不整。为了让其他牙齿正常生长并配合矫正装置的空间需求，牙医可能会建议拔除一至两颗牙齿，以创造足够空间。
